If you cancel your order within 24 hours before it ships, you will receive a 100% refund. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at with your order number. We will get back to you and refund you within 24 hours on business days.

We support Paypal payment. If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be received within 1-2 hours on business days.

If you need to request a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. If you find defective, damaged and missing parts in your package, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. Otherwise we will not take any responsibility.
  2. In the case of exchange or return, items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt of your item. Shipping will be paid by the customer.
  3. In case of return, customer will pay 10% restocking fee.
  4. We will only pay return shipping if the item is defective within 14 days of receiving your item.
  5. Please provide a detailed description of the defect, supplemented by images and/or short video clips to simplify the process.
  6. For replacement products, we need to return the defective product to our warehouse before we can ship a new replacement product. We will reply as soon as we receive the return and verify the fault.
  7. Individual components or discrete products cannot be returned if the enclosure has been opened.

  9. Items to be returned should be packaged as originally received, making sure to include any additional accessories or instructions, etc.
  10. Returns generally take 7-15 days, depending on your bank, if you have not received your refund after 15 days of claiming, please contact us.
